Vending machines can be placed in many locations. We see vending machines it seems everywhere we go, from work, to the oil change shop and even in many banks and small to midsize offices. The Factory where you might work probable has a whole room of them.
The vending machine has become a familiar part of our surroundings. Sitting on the curb in front of the gas station working all hours. So if there are so many vending machines out, what makes you think there are locations for new vendors? Many locations may not be happy with their current vendor or many have just not been  asked if someone can place a machine at their business.  The vending location is the key to the success of the vending operator as it is the store front for your products. Keeping the location happy and knowing what locations will work with what machines and what locations to pass on are an  important part of making it in the vending business. We hope the information in this area will assist you in your efforts to seek out and secure vending machine locations on your own.

If you want to do well in the vending industry it is very important to be able to secure locations on your own.
The location where your vending machines operate is the key to how well you can generate a income by operating vending machines. Being able to present yourself to someone in person is a important part of any business development and vending is no different. It is your company and you need to make sure you cover all the details of the agreement with the location owner or authorized manager in person .You will need to cover details that is best done face to face. Make sure to cover all details and if at all possible try to get your agreement down on paper and can be signed by someone from the location that has authorization to approve the details. It is a real bummer to place a machine in a location and then only find out that the person who supposable ok'ed the placement had no authorization to do so.

The vending location should be one that fits into your route plan as far as distance from your base and potential income based on surrounding area. The route of your machines should be in an area that you are willing to travel to or thru on a regular basis especially when vending food items. Customer service is very important in vending as with any business it is important to keep your customers happy.
So always be ready to put on your best smile and some pretty good shoes as hitting the pavement and getting in the locations is a aspect of vending we say is a must.
