All new products sold thru our company come with a warranty.

All refurbished machines come with a minimum 6 month parts warranty unless noted otherwise.

Some machines come with more parts warranty then just 6 months. Always  be clear what your warranty is before you buy any machines.

Some products are backed by the  manufacturer warranty specific to that model machine and some are backed by Vendweb.Com. Please ask what your warranty is and who is the backer of that warranty.

All refurbished machines come with a limited minimum 180 days parts warranty. Parts warranty is the replacement or repair of the part that has been identified as being the problem. The part must be returned to the factory or to Vendweb.Com for inspection. Parts replacement freight is the responsibility of the party that is shipping such part back to the warrantor. You pay freight to original warrantor and the warrantor pays freight back to you if such part is found to be a manufactures defect. Any request for advance replacement parts must be secured by a prepayment of such part or a credit card charge that will be credited once we have received said defective part back.
Please note that it has been found that in some cases that machines are acting up or a part has failed due to vandalism or machines not being plugged into the proper power requirements. We provide a quality working machine when your machine is delivered and we do stand behind parts that fail premature due to normal circumstances but we must also protect ourselves against problems that we did not cause.
 

Any used machines that are for sale by any other person or company other then Vendweb.Com, as listed under a classified section carries no warranty from Vendweb.Com or any of the manufactures that are associated with that machine. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have a firm understanding with the seller at time of said sale of what the conditions of that sale are.

Shipments are made as soon as possible after all payment for those orders have cleared.
Some products have a manufacturing time involved and may take up to 3 weeks depending on how busy the manufactures are.
Please ask your sales rep at the time of order about any lead times that may be involved in the process of your order.
Average order times are 8 to 10 business days long from time of order to time of delivery.
Backorders do happen and we do everything that we can to avoid them but please be aware that some orders can be delayed due to backorders.
 

Vendweb wants all our customers to be 100% satisfied with the orders and if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason we ask that you call us right away so we can get the situation resolved.

All sales are final once order is placed and order is built. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing order but after that orders are final.
If for some reason we are able to get order cancelled after it has past the 24hr period a restocking fee of 25% will be enforced.

We do not accept any returns without an return authorization number. You must have a return authorization number if you must return a product for some unforeseen reason.  You must also have the correct address to return products to. Return authorization will be issued only once the manufacture or backer of the warranty has spoken to you to determine what the problem is. If the outcome of that conversation is that the situation can not be fixed and the only solution is to return the unit for credit or refund then they will let you know that at time of conversation.
Some returns may be charged freight and restocking fees make sure to ask what the return policy is for the item you are buying.
99% of the time if there is a situation the problem is resolved with a replacement unit or part to repair the said problem part.

Once the Freight Has Been Given To The Freight Company And They Have Signed For it
Any Freight Damage Is The Responsibility Of The Buyer and Freight Company

We will be happy to assist with shipping  with the most economical and efficient carriers we know.  Small packages are usually shipped UPS; while large or fragile shipments may be shipped by various freight carriers  Freight charges are based on the type of merchandise, weight, size and distance.  All shipment charges and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer, if you would like to buy extra insurance for your shipments please let us know. Vendweb encourages you to know and understand how common carrier freight lines work. Vending machines are large items and can not be delivered by UPS or other small package delivery services. We encourage you to compare freight companies and if you have a common carrier you deal with we encourage you to use them.

Please understand that we do not ship out machines with large holes in the side that look just like those of a forklift.
Please understand that we do take the time to package and ship the machines to be able to be shipped to you with no damage under normal ridding conditions.
Freight damage can happen but we can assure you that it does not happen as much as deliveries without a scratch. We are letting you know that like anything else freight can get damaged in transit and you need to know what to do when it may happen. Freight damage is not a common problem and if it was the freight companies would be out of business.  Freight has to move by truck and the freight companies do everything they can to get your freight to you in the best possible condition every time.  It is important that you just follow some simple procedures when receiving any freight and things will not be as bad as you may think. Many machines are sold and delivered with no problems what so ever and those deliveries are way more then the ones with freight damage.

Freight claims are the responsibility of the buyer. Upon delivery of your freight it is your responsibility to inspect and note with the driver any damage you find.  Check the condition of every box for tears, creases, crushing, or water stains, inside and outside of the box.  All boxes should be counted.  Note any damage or shortages to the driver immediately so that they may note it on the Bill of Lading.  If, in spite of precautions, merchandise can be damaged in transit, the buyer must file a claim with the carrier ASAP and notify us.  Also, the package and packing materials must be retained for carrier's inspection. Freight damages are the responsibility of the freight carrier and should be handled accordingly with them. Before signing for your delivery open and inspect the delivery for internal damage. Keep all packing material till machine has been checked out

 Please note as we will assist any way we can in a freight damage situation that freight damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier.

  • “Curbside Delivery” provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. - Unless Service Paid For In Advance
     
  • Carrier can call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are available during normal business hours and span a 4-hour period. Please include a daytime phone number in the shipping information at the time of speaking with your sales rep.
     Extraordinary delivery requirements may create additional delivery charges. Such things like stairs and pallet removals cost extra from freight services so please make sure to cover all freight issues before shipment is delivered.
    Freight must be deliverable to the location on pallet by pallet jack and one delivering person.
     
  • Inside Delivery - Inside delivery is the delivery of freight on pallet to inside the building. The pathway of where the machine is going must be clear and accessible to the delivering company all the way to the point of setting the machine.
    The freight company will not remove any doors or break freight down to make fit into delivery spot.
    The freight must fit without any incident or the customer could be charged storage charges until they make arrangements to have the freight delivered to a location that the freight can be delivered to without any problems.
    Freight must be deliverable to the location on pallet by pallet jack and one delivering person.
     
  • Lift-Gate Delivery - Lift-gate delivery is the delivery of freight lowered to ground by way of tailgate.
    It is the customers responsibility to move the freight from back of tailgate to setting point of freight.
     
  • Signature is required for delivery, but before accepting and/or signing for your delivery, please inspect your order thoroughly. If the packaging appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill or refuse the delivery as damaged. If you discover concealed or internal damage after unpacking your item's), please contact the freight company right away.

    ALL Prices Are Quoted As Cash Discounts
    If you would like to purchase by way of credit card then you forfeit a 3% cash discount built into our prices.
    We are sorry but our credit card processing company charge  a % to process a credit card and many of our customers do not use credit cards.
    Checks count towards a cash discount but must clear before shipping.
