I have worked with Lindel and Vendweb.com for about 2 1/2 years now and they quickly became my Number 1 vending machine supplier.  Great pricing got me hooked, but service after the sale has been phenomenal.  Lindel really means in when he states that customer satisfaction is their #1 objective!  I am about to buy another machine from Lindel and always trust his judgment in what to buy and how to operate each installation.   Thanks Vendweb for a job well done!

I just wanted to say Thank You very much for getting my soda machine working.

I understand you speak to a great many people everyday, so I will refresh your memory. 

I had called USI tech support and they sent me a new controller for my CB-500 soda machine.

The machine still did not work after that it was vending 4 sodas at a time and still showing

credit for the money that was put in the machine. 

USI tech support then said it was a bad drop sensor. So after a huge pain of changing that drop sensor

it was still doing the exact same thing. I then called back to USI tech support, and they were of little help.

Then they acted like I was a nuisance to them. They gave me the name of a guy to call for service even though

the machine is under warranty and I would have to pay the labor. 

The service call was going to cost about $200.00 and I was at this point desperate enough to pay it to get this

machine repaired. I had already paid next day air charges on both parts to be shipped. 

I was doing everything I could to get the machine going and was not getting much help from USI. This is

when I called you at 8:00 p.m. and by 8:30 p.m. my machine was working and back in service. 

Your knowledge of the machines is very impressive. You were able to do what the techs at USI get paid to do,

but were not able to handle. It was great being able to call you at 8:00 p.m. because I work a full time job

during the day. 

I would like to say Thank You very much. You saved me at least $200.00. You also may have saved me that

account. 

There is only one place that I am going to buy any vending machines, Vendweb.com
